The Fields Map section allows you to map the form fields to the corresponding fields in MailerLite. The Email field is required, while the other fields are optional. Simply choose the appropriate form fields from the dropdown list next to each Fields Map item.
Once you’re done, click the Update button. Now, whenever a user submits the form, the new subscriber will automatically appear in the Subscribers list of your MailerLite account.
