This add-on for Paid Memberships Pro lets Administrator and Membership Manager roles add members in one step from the WordPress dashboard. It adds an Add Member page under the Memberships menu where an admin can create a new user, set membership level settings, and optionally create an order in a single step. It suits membership site owners who add members from the admin area.

The form includes user account fields for email address, password, first name, last name, and role, with the password entered or generated randomly. It also covers membership level expiration, payment by cash or check only, order total, and order notes. After submission the account is active and appears in the members list. Orders are created under Memberships and Orders and can be updated later, for example to record an offline check payment. No confirmation email is sent to the member.

User Notes are saved as user meta in the wp_usermeta table under the meta key user_notes, and admins can display and edit them through a User Fields group excluded from checkout and shown only on the administrator profile view. The add-on does not currently charge members through the dashboard. The vendor recommends the built-in Add Member option under Memberships and Members for sites on Paid Memberships Pro v3.0 or higher, though this add-on remains supported.
