Directorist Compare Listings is an extension for the Directorist plugin that lets users add multiple listings to a list and compare their features in a comparison table. Instead of going back and forth between separate listing pages, visitors can view the features of each item side by side in one table and make a decision. It is aimed at directory owners whose visitors need help with decision making, such as a buyer in a real estate directory comparing up to 5 apartments to find the one that matches their criteria.

Users can select up to 5 listings and compare attributes such as price, rating, and category without switching tabs. The extension supports custom fields as comparing attributes, so directory owners can create purposeful fields that give users meaningful attributes for choosing the best listing item. The limit of compared listings can be set anywhere from 2 to 5.

The compare button can be displayed on the All Listings page, the Single Listings page, Related Listings, the User Dashboard, and the Author Profile page. There is also an option to exclude the compare button on specific pages. The extension is fully translatable and 100% responsive. It requires the Directorist plugin, WordPress 5.0 or higher, and PHP 7 or higher.
