This add-on for the Everest Forms WordPress plugin converts every form submission into a PDF document and sends it to users automatically. It works alongside Everest Forms, a drag and drop form builder for WordPress. Site owners who want a printable or downloadable record of each entry can generate customized PDF versions of their form submissions.

The extension includes a variety of PDF templates, so one can be picked and printed exactly as shown. A customizable header stamps the PDF with the website's identity, with options to upload a logo and add a title and description. A default paper size can be set, and orientation can be chosen between portrait and landscape. Font family and size can be customized along with background image and color, making the PDF content eye-catching.

Further options cover layout and content control. Multiple column PDFs allow side-by-side details, and field descriptions can be inserted inside the PDF. Users can be allowed to download their form submission as a PDF, and RTL languages written from right to left are supported. Abandoned fields can be excluded from the document, and specific fields can be selected for inclusion.
