It lets you gather audience feedback, test knowledge, and measure opinions using interactive surveys, polls, and quiz forms. The add-on is aimed at site owners who want to collect insights from visitors through their existing WordPress forms, and it works alongside the Everest Forms drag and drop form builder.
The add-on includes dedicated survey and quiz fields such as Likert fields, scale rating fields, and a Yes/No field.
