The Fluent Forms Signature Add-On adds an e-signature field to any new or existing Fluent Forms form so you can collect signed submissions directly from your WordPress site. You drag and drop the Signature field into a form, place it where needed, and embed it like any other form field. Each signature stays connected to its corresponding form entry for easy access, and you can add, customize, and manage signatures without changing how you already build forms.

The signature pad can be customized in size, colors, pen width, and instructions to fit your form. Visitors can sign from any device, using a signature pad, an iPad or iPhone, an Android phone, a touchscreen computer, a touchpad, or a mouse. Before submitting, they can undo, redo, or completely reset the signature.

The add-on is built for forms that need a sign-off.
