Description:
The Digital Signatures add-on extends NEX-Forms, the WordPress form builder, by adding signature fields to your forms. You can add a single signature field or unlimited signature fields into any form you build with the plugin. Visitors to your site sign directly inside the form, and the captured signatures are sent to your email address.
Captured signatures can also be used in PDFs, which the vendor describes as great for document signing. You can view and download signatures from your backend, so signed entries remain available outside your email inbox. The signature fields work on desktop, mobile and tablet, and are touch friendly, so visitors can sign from whichever device they use.
This add-on suits WordPress site owners who already run NEX-Forms and need signed documents from their visitors, such as contracts or agreements. The vendor demonstrates the use case with a rental lease agreement example, where a tenant completes property and personal details across the form steps, signs the contract in the final step, and the signed contract is then sent to the tenant's email address.
The vendor’s own page for NEX-Forms ADD ON – Digital Signatures has the full details.
