The extension addresses this by letting business owners mark items as sold and clearly inform users which items are available so they can go for the right ones.

Listing owners can display the Sold badge on a listing by marking it as sold from the dashboard. This lets users know about the availability of an item and prevents unwanted communication, ensuring a fine user experience. The extension also includes a mark as negotiating option. When an item is being negotiated, owners can let others know by clicking the mark as negotiating button, so visitors understand that negotiation is in process to purchase the item or reach an agreement.
