PDF Attachment is a JetFormBuilder Pro addon that converts user-submitted data from a WordPress form into PDF attachments. Each time a form is submitted, the addon generates a PDF file automatically, saves the record in the Uploads folder, and offers two after-submit actions: attach the PDF to the email confirmation or open it for further downloading. It works with any WordPress theme.

The addon is for WordPress sites that need to keep PDF records of what visitors submit. It can be used to save application form entries, medical reports, tickets, receipts, customer trip plans, vacation requests, and more. The generated files are protected from public access via .htaccess.

PDF documents are built from custom templates. A template supports conditional blocks that render parts of the HTML depending on other fields' values, and dynamic visibility through the JetEngine toolkit to show different template content to certain user roles. Form field macros output submitted values into the template, and blocks such as Heading, Paragraph, Image, Columns, Custom HTML, and Table can be edited. Font style, text color, and background color can be adjusted. A Hidden Field in the form can pull the date and time of submission into the PDF.
