Attach Me for WooCommerce is a plugin for stores that need to hand files to their customers. Invoices, certificates and finished designs can be attached to an order, and the customer finds them on the order page and in the order emails, behind private download links. Files can be uploaded, picked from the media library or linked by URL, and for each file you choose which order emails carry it.
On a product, each file is a row that states what is set on it. Open one to choose where the customer sees it, which variations it applies to and which emails carry it. Product files can appear in a tab, in sections, as cards or as a list, with a product attachments block available. Files too large for an email go out as a link, and a file can be hidden while the order sits in a chosen status.
The admin gets an attachments column with bulk actions, and texts can be edited per language with WPML or Polylang. The premium version adds proofs that the customer approves or rejects on the order page, plus expiring files, download limits, visibility by user role and CSV import. Together with the Upload Files plugin, a proof can be sent starting from a file the customer uploaded.
