MemberPress Social Login is an add-on for the MemberPress WordPress membership plugin. It allows members of a membership site to log in using their social media accounts and other credentials, simplifying the login process by letting each member use a preferred method. Supported providers include Facebook, Google, X (formerly Twitter), and WordPress.com.

Setup involves installing and activating the add-on, then connecting each provider through its developer account, where a custom app is created to obtain the credentials MemberPress needs. Once a provider is enabled, its login option is added automatically to the MemberPress login page and to any page using the login form shortcode. Members register on the site first and then connect their social media accounts to their profile. If the site email matches the social media email, the connection is made automatically after the member confirms identity; members with different emails connect manually and complete a verification process.

Members can check the connection status of all providers and connect or disconnect accounts on the MyProfile page within the MemberPress Account, and they can log in only with social media accounts they have connected. Additional shortcodes display the social login buttons on their own, control whether the login form shows social login buttons, and place connect and disconnect options on any page members can access.
