Description:

WooCommerce Order Proposal is a plugin for WooCommerce shops that adds an order proposal status to the order system. It is aimed at situations where customers ask for a quotation or proposal before buying, which the vendor notes is common among B2B customers who need an offer for their internal process or a service quotation upfront. Shop managers create an order in the backend and set it to the order proposal status, and they can set a validity period so the proposal expires automatically at the end.

Customers can also start proposals themselves. They shop as usual and pick Proposal at the checkout, and the shop can then change and adjust the proposal before sending it back. Proposals reach customers by email and are also available from the My Account page in the shop. There the customer can accept or decline the offer, and on acceptance they proceed to the payment process.

The plugin integrates automatically with WPML and WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips. Version 2.3.0 adds a setting to enable a Quick Proposal button on product pages, replaces the deprecated wc_enqueue_js() function with WordPress script functions, and updates translations. It has been tested with WooCommerce 10.4.
