Affiliate Forms For Ninja Forms connects AffiliateWP to Ninja Forms. It adds an Add Referral action to any Ninja Form, and each submission from a visitor who arrived through an affiliate's link records a referral for that affiliate. The action's Total Field can point at a form field or a calculation, and the referral is worked out on that amount at your flat or percentage rate.

To set it up, turn Ninja Forms on under AffiliateWP Settings Integrations, then add the Add Referral action in the form's Emails & Actions tab and map its fields with merge tags. Each form's referrals can be recorded as a Sale, an Opt-In, or a Lead. Mapping the customer email field lets AffiliateWP reject a referral when the affiliate submits their own form. Trashing or deleting a submission rejects its unpaid referral, and restoring it marks the referral unpaid again. Referrals are marked unpaid as soon as the form is submitted, without waiting for a Ninja Forms payment to complete.

It is aimed at AffiliateWP users who run Ninja Forms 3.0 or later on the same WordPress site. The Affiliate Forms for Ninja Forms addon adds an Affiliate Registration action, so one Ninja Form can sign up your affiliates, and a Ninja Forms email addon such as Mailchimp can subscribe each new affiliate to a mailing list.
