Description:

This integration lets AffiliateWP record a referral whenever a visitor sent by an affiliate submits a Gravity Forms form. Referrals are switched on per form in the form's AffiliateWP settings. A submission from a visitor who arrived through an affiliate's link records a referral for that affiliate. On a form with product fields the referral is worked out on the total and stays pending until Gravity Forms reports the payment complete.

Gravity Forms is enabled in the AffiliateWP integration settings, and referrals are then enabled on the form itself, where a referral type is picked: Sale, Opt-In or Lead, to tell signups from sales on the Referrals screen. A form has no rate of its own. With a flat rate each referred submission earns a set amount, while a percentage rate needs a hidden Product field with a price, so a 10% rate on a 100.00 product pays 10.00. Different forms can pay different amounts through that hidden field's price, while all use the same rate from the affiliate or the settings.

Enter an affiliate's username in a coupon's Affiliate Coupon field, and every submission using that coupon credits them, even without their link; this needs the Gravity Forms Coupons Add-On. Refunding a Gravity Forms payment makes AffiliateWP reject its referral if it has not been paid yet. With the Recurring Referrals addon, each subscription payment through the Gravity Forms Stripe or PayPal add-ons earns a new referral. Shipping counts toward the referral unless Exclude Shipping is switched on in the commissions settings, and the Reference column on the Referrals screen shows the entry ID behind each referral.

The Affiliate Forms for Gravity Forms addon turns one Gravity Form into the affiliate registration form, with Username, Promo Method and Payment Email fields, and any field on it can become an email tag for AffiliateWP's emails. Only one registration form is possible, and it should not be used with the Gravity Forms User Registration Add-On. It runs with Gravity Forms on the same WordPress site as AffiliateWP, so sites collecting orders, signups or leads through Gravity Forms can credit those submissions to their affiliates.
