EffectIO Aelia Prices by Country for WooCommerce 1.18.5.250918

Description:

Prices by Country for WooCommerce is a plugin that lets a shop set a price for each product and for each region, so that different customers can be charged different prices depending on their country. Countries are grouped into regions, which means the same price does not have to be entered separately for every country. Each product can be priced independently for each region, so a shop can set one price for Europe, another for North America and another for Asia.

The plugin is fully integrated with the Aelia Currency Switcher for WooCommerce. Adding the Currency Switcher brings support for multiple currencies, and when both plugins are installed it is possible to specify one price for each region in each of the enabled countries. Prices by Country supports simple products as well as variable products, which are among the most complex product types to handle. For both product types, prices can be entered in multiple currencies for multiple countries, and the system picks the appropriate one.

Multiple prices for a variable product are configured in the administration user interface. The space provided by the WooCommerce UI is a bit limited, but the interface was built to stay intuitive. The pricing logic for variable products was tested extensively to make sure it is robust and consistent. Feedback collected during the pilot program was used to improve the product and to extend its features and its compatibility with third party plugins.

The plugin suits WooCommerce shop owners who need to charge different prices to customers in different countries and who want to combine country based pricing with multi-currency sales. The stated requirements are WordPress 3.6 or later, PHP 5.3 or later, and WooCommerce 2.1.x or 2.2.x. The AFC plugin for WooCommerce 1.2.2.141023 or later is also required. The WooCommerce Currency Switcher 3.5.7.141030 or later is optional and is needed only for multi-currency capabilities.
