EffectIO Bookly Special Hours (Add-on) 3.3

Description:

Bookly Special Hours is an add-on for Bookly, the appointment booking plugin for WordPress sites. In the vendor documentation it appears under the name Dynamic Pricing (Special Hours Add-On), listed among the payments and pricing features. The documentation sums up its purpose in one line: set flexible prices for your services. The add-on therefore brings dynamic pricing to Bookly, so that the price attached to a service can change according to special hours rather than staying the same at every time.

Bookly itself handles the core of an appointment business. It manages services, staff members, working hours, holidays and breaks, and it publishes booking forms on a website through shortcodes. It also covers notifications by email, SMS and WhatsApp, several payment gateways, and the management of appointments and customers from the WordPress dashboard. The Special Hours add-on works on top of this structure. It connects the scheduling side of Bookly with the pricing side, so that flexible prices for services can be set within the same system that already handles bookings, staff availability and payments.

The add-on is intended for businesses that take bookings through Bookly. The vendor positions the plugin across a range of industries, including salons, beauty and wellness providers, event and party services, fitness studios, spa salons, conference and meeting spaces, nail salons, massage and body treatment providers, tutoring lessons, photographers and photo studios, and dental clinics. For operators in these fields, the add-on offers a way to make service prices follow special hours, working with the services and staff schedules already configured in Bookly.

Special Hours belongs to a larger catalog of Bookly add-ons described in the same documentation. On the scheduling side there are the Service Schedule add-on for services available at limited hours and the Special Days add-on for extra long or short days, alongside add-ons for locations and custom service durations. On the pricing side, Bookly offers deposit payments, coupons, gift cards, promotions and discounts, taxes, and automatic invoicing through the Invoices add-on. The product listed here is version 3.3 of the Special Hours add-on.

The vendor’s own page for Bookly Special Hours (Add-on) has the full details.
