The download button only works after the terms and conditions are accepted. Your direct download URL is also protected with this extension, so the terms apply to direct links as well. Visitors must accept the terms before gaining access to a download, whether they click the button on your site or follow a direct link to the file.

Setup is easy. The text next to the checkbox is fully customizable, so you can for example link to your Terms and Conditions page. You can choose to require your terms and conditions for some downloads or for all of your downloads at once. This lets you decide which files need acceptance and which do not.
