Description:
Edit Order by Customer for WooCommerce lets customers adjust and edit specific order details, with access controlled by user roles and order statuses. When changes are made, the store admin receives email notifications and the changes are finalized. The plugin is beneficial for B2B customers who place large orders.
Customers find an Edit Order button in the orders grid on the My Account page. There they can change quantities, variations and other product information, delete existing products, and add new products through an Add Product popup where they select a product and a quantity. Admins choose which user roles see the button, from administrator, editor, author, contributor, subscriber, customer and shop manager. Product editing can be limited to pending payment and on-hold orders and applied to all products or to selected products and categories.
Billing and shipping address fields can be edited per order status, with all or selected fields such as name, company, country, street address, town or city, state, ZIP, phone and email. Postal code and country editing can be turned off to save on delivery costs. Shipping methods such as flat rate, free shipping and local pickup, and payment methods such as direct bank transfer, check payments and cash on delivery, can be made editable. It requires WordPress 4.0.0 or higher and WooCommerce 3.5.0 or higher, supports multi-site, works with WPML and is translation ready.
The vendor’s own page for Edit Order by Customer has the full details.
