Description:
Event Tickets is an addon for EventON, the events calendar for WordPress. Its purpose, as stated by the vendor, is to let you sell tickets to your events directly from your site. This means the ticket selling happens within your own website rather than sending visitors elsewhere, and it works alongside the EventON calendar system. The product is listed under the EventON Addons section of the vendor site, where it appears alongside other extensions that expand what the calendar can do.
The addon sits within a broader family of EventON extensions. The vendor site lists related addons such as Action User, which provides frontend event submissions for your calendar, and RSVP Events, which handles RSVP for events. There is also Full Cal, described as a full month grid calendar of events, and Quickly, a newer addon that lets you create and edit events without loading the entire events page. An addon called Event Reviewer is listed as well. In addition to individual addons, the vendor offers addon bundles, and both the addons and the bundles can be browsed through view all links on the site. This structure suggests that Event Tickets is one part of a modular system where you pick the extensions your calendar needs.
The vendor site requires an account to access certain areas. Users sign in with a username or email address and a password, with a remember me option available. If you do not remember your login details, the site provides recovery paths. You can recover a username by entering the email address associated with your account, and there is also a forget password option. For users having trouble logging in, the vendor points to a legacy login page as an alternative way to access your account.
This product suits site owners who already run EventON and want to sell event tickets from their own website. Because it is an addon rather than a standalone plugin, it is intended for use together with the EventON calendar, and it can be combined with other EventON addons depending on what a site needs.
The vendor’s own page for EventON – Event Tickets has the full details.
