EffectIO Everest Forms - Conversational Forms 1.0.9

Description:

Everest Forms Conversational Forms is an add-on for the Everest Forms drag and drop form builder for WordPress. It changes how form fields are displayed by presenting one question at a time, so visitors answer a form step by step. The add-on works with forms built in Everest Forms, including contact forms, surveys, polls, quizzes, lead generation forms, price calculators, payment and order forms, and forms for user submitted content.

It is aimed at WordPress site owners who already use Everest Forms and want a different way to display form fields for lengthy forms. Possible uses include capturing inquiries, support requests, and messages from visitors, gathering audience feedback through surveys, quizzes, and polls, collecting prospect details for lead generation, accepting one-time or recurring payments without a separate checkout page, and letting visitors submit posts, listings, testimonials, or media through front-end forms with file upload support.

Version 1.0.9, dated 04-08-2026, fixes preview 404 errors that appeared when the form had not been saved yet. Earlier updates resolved a settings design issue in the Form Builder, responsive display problems, a URL issue triggered by pressing the enter key, conditional logic for range sliders, and the welcome message option, while also adding conditional logic support and local font rendering. The initial release, version 1.0.0, arrived in October 2022.

The vendor’s own page for Everest Forms – Conversational Forms has the full details.
