EffectIO Flow Notify for WooCommerce 1.12.6

Description:

Flow Notify for WooCommerce is a plugin from BizSwoop that lets store owners create order status notification events. When a trigger fires, the plugin sends emails, SMS or text messages, and WhatsApp chats. It is aimed at WooCommerce store owners and shop managers who want to keep customers updated about the progress of their purchases and help fulfillment staff keep track of all orders.

Orders in WooCommerce carry statuses that indicate which stage they are currently at. A default installation includes seven statuses: Pending Payment, Failed, On Hold, Processing, Completed, Canceled, and Refunded. Some of these are assigned automatically as an order progresses, while others are set manually by the store owner or shop manager. Statuses are managed from the Orders page in the WordPress dashboard, where orders can be filtered by date, order type, and status, and changed individually or in bulk.

Because many businesses handle their orders in their own way, the default statuses are not always enough. Flow Notify makes it possible to create and manage custom order statuses, and it includes advanced features for the order fulfillment process. This suits stores that offer custom services or want to keep customers updated at a more granular level.

The vendor’s own page for Flow Notify for WooCommerce has the full details.
