EffectIO FormGent Pro 1.2.1

Description:

FormGent Pro is a WordPress form plugin developed by WpWax, a team with over eight years of experience building WordPress plugins. The plugin lets site owners create forms using an AI form builder, and it supports conversational forms, conditional logic, multi-step forms, quiz building, and a template library. Forms can include calculation fields, repeater fields, file uploads, and payment collection through PayPal and Stripe. The product is designed for performance and security, and it is aimed at small businesses, solo entrepreneurs, single site owners, developers with multiple sites, and agencies working across many sites.

FormGent Pro connects with a range of external services. Integrations include Google Sheets, ZohoCRM, Zapier, Directorist, WPML, and MailChimp. Forms can be protected against spam using Google reCaptcha, hCaptcha, Turnstile, and honeypot methods, and entries can be displayed with Google Maps or iFrame embeds. The plugin also generates reports and summaries, supports webhooks, and provides analytics. Submissions can be stored as a user custom post type, and incomplete data can be saved so that entries are not lost partway through filling out a form.

Pro plans add several capabilities on top of the free version. These include white labelling, digital signatures, unlimited AI forms, and priority support. The AI form assistant is listed as an upcoming feature. Plan tiers cover one site, five sites, or unlimited sites, and there is also a lifetime access option where users pay once. Lifetime subscriptions include full support, continuous updates, and all the latest advanced features according to the vendor. Priority support remains available for as long as a subscription is valid, and for lifetime plans the vendor commits to product lifetime priority support.

Support is provided by human agents available around the clock rather than bots. The vendor offers a 14 day money back guarantee, so buyers can request a refund within that period if they are not satisfied with the product. Payments are accepted through PayPal as well as major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. There is no trial on premium plans, but the free plan covers many features for users who want to start without paying.

The vendor’s own page for FormGent Pro has the full details.
