EffectIO GamiPress - The Events Calendar integration 1.0.6

Description:

This plugin connects GamiPress with Modern Events Calendar, a comprehensive events management plugin described as extremely user-friendly, responsive and mobile-ready. The connection works automatically and adds new activity events to GamiPress. With these events in place, a site can add gamification to its Modern Events Calendar events and engage users to increase their activity on the website.

The new activity events all relate to bookings. There is an event for completing a booking for any event and one for completing a booking for a specific event. The same pattern applies to pending bookings, with one activity event for a pending booking on any event and another for a pending booking on a specific event. Cancelling is covered too, through an activity event for cancelling a booking on any event and one for cancelling a booking on a specific event.

The integration is aimed at site owners who run both GamiPress and Modern Events Calendar and want booking activity to feed their gamification. It suits any site that publishes events and wants visitors to stay engaged, since completing, holding or cancelling a booking can each register as a recognisable activity on the site.

The vendor’s own page for GamiPress – The Events Calendar integration has the full details.
