The Discount Field allows you to add a preconfigured discount to the form. End users can view the Field Label, discounted amount, and description. The discount can be a flat rate adjustment or a percentage of the product price. You can apply the discount to the form total, specific products, or exclude selected products. Multiple Discount Fields can be added to the form.
Coupons, which are price reductions, can be added using the Coupon Field when you use the Gravity Forms Coupons Addon. The Coupon Field displays the Field Label, coupon code entry field, and description on your form. Users can input the code and click the Apply button to reveal the new total. Coupons reduce the amount subject to tax, and GF eCommerce Fields ensures that coupons do not include shipping, or affect subtotal or discount fields.
The Shipping Field, a default Gravity Forms field, allows users to add a shipping fee to the form. GP eCommerce Fields enhances the default functionality by displaying the field label, shipping fee, and description. The shipping value is not included in the subtotal, discounts, or coupons. However, it is always included in tax fields and the form total.
