Description:

Gravity Forms Image Choices is a JetSloth add-on for Gravity Forms that replaces standard radio buttons and checkboxes with images. Instead of plain text labels, users see a visual representation of each choice. The add-on works with radio fields and checkbox fields for multi-selects, and it extends to the Gravity Forms Poll, Survey and Quiz add-ons when those fields are set to radio buttons or checkboxes. It is a Gravity Forms Certified add-on.

Images can be PNG, JPG, GIF or SVG files, attached to option fields through the default WordPress media library. This keeps images separate from label text and removes the need to place HTML markup inside field labels. Product and product option fields are supported as well, so a form can display examples of product variations, and single product fields can include images with quantity selection.

Pre-built theme skins designed by the in-house JetSloth design team cover Simple, Cover, Tile, Polaroid, Float Card, Porthole and Circle styles. Users can also click a zoom icon to open an image in a lightbox for a closer view. The add-on suits site owners building product selection forms, voting on images or artwork, and poll, survey or quiz feedback forms.

The vendor’s own page for Gravity Forms Image Choices has the full details.

Main Features of Gravity Forms Image Choices:
