The Advanced Speaker add-on extends Modern Events Calendar, the WordPress events calendar plugin by Webnus. It works with MEC Lite or Pro and creates a dedicated page for each speaker. You can also place a list of speakers wherever you like on your site using optional shortcodes, and different options let you set various features for each shortcode.
Speakers can be shown in a single list view page or in a single grid view page. When you create a new speaker for your events, you can select some or all of the speakers as featured with one click. In addition, each speaker can have a separate page of their own.
The add-on also connects speakers to their events. You can show all events related to a speaker under the shortcodes, and ongoing events for each speaker can appear in the list or grid view. This makes the add-on a fit for anyone running events with Modern Events Calendar who wants to present their speakers together with the events related to them.
