Form Themes is an add-on for the NEX-Forms WordPress form builder. It lets you switch the design of your forms between Twitter Bootstrap, Google Material Design, Neumorphism and jQuery UI with a single click, and switch back again just as easily. A Browser Default theme is also included. The add-on makes it easy to quickly and effectively fit a form's design to your theme's overall look and feel.

Each theme comes with preset color schemes. The package includes 25 Bootstrap presets, 25 jQuery UI presets, 19 Neumorphism presets and 19 Material Design presets. You can preview the different themes and color schemes before applying them, using the Form Themes Playground tools.

This add-on is for WordPress site owners and developers who build forms with NEX-Forms and want their forms to match the rest of their site. Instead of adjusting colors and styles field by field, you pick a theme and a preset color scheme, and the form follows your site's design. Because the themes can be switched in both directions, you can change a form's look again whenever your site design changes.
