EffectIO Paid Memberships Pro - Magic Login 1.0.2

Description:

Paid Memberships Pro – Magic Login is an extension for Paid Memberships Pro that changes how members sign in to a site. Instead of entering a username and password, members can log in using a one-time secure link that is sent to their email address. The add-on works alongside the Paid Memberships Pro plugin, so it is intended for sites that already use that membership system.

The way it works is straightforward. When a member wants to access their account, the extension sends a unique link to the email address associated with their membership. Opening that link signs the member in, and because each link is one-time and secure, it serves as the credential for that single login. This removes the need for the member to remember or type a password at all, since the email message itself becomes the way they prove who they are.

The main purpose of the add-on is to eliminate passwords from the login process. For site owners running a membership site with Paid Memberships Pro, this can reduce friction for members who struggle with forgotten passwords or who simply prefer not to manage another set of credentials. Members benefit because access to their account depends on something they already have, their email inbox, rather than on a password they need to recall and keep safe.

This product is aimed at site owners who use Paid Memberships Pro and want to offer their members an alternative to password-based sign in. It suits membership sites where the login experience matters and where asking members to maintain passwords is an obstacle. Because it is built as an extension of Paid Memberships Pro, it fits into an existing membership setup rather than replacing it. In summary, Paid Memberships Pro – Magic Login, version 1.0.2, extends Paid Memberships Pro so that members can log in through a one-time secure email link, removing the password step from the process entirely.

Main Features of Paid Memberships Pro – Magic Login:

• Lets members log in with a one-time secure link
• Delivers the login link to the member's email address
• Eliminates the need for passwords
• Extends the functionality of Paid Memberships Pro
