EffectIO Password Protected Categories 2.1.28

Description:

Password Protected Categories is a WordPress plugin that adds password protection at the category level. Instead of protecting a single post at a time, you protect an entire category, and the protection covers the content held within it. The plugin is described as the only WordPress plugin that offers password protection for whole categories of content.

The plugin works across different kinds of website content. You can password protect a category of blog posts, a category of products, a category of events, or a category of portfolio items. Other types of website content are covered as well, so the protection is not tied to one kind of content alone. Whatever your site organises into categories, the plugin applies password protection to those categories as a whole.

This plugin suits WordPress site owners who publish content in categories and want that content available only to people who enter the password. If your site includes blog posts, products, events, or portfolio items that you want to place behind a password, the plugin lets you protect the categories holding that content rather than protecting each item on its own. Because protection applies to the whole category, everything grouped under it is covered by the same password protection.

Main Features of Password Protected Categories:

• Password protect entire categories of content
• Protect categories of blog posts
• Protect categories of products
• Protect categories of events
• Protect categories of portfolios
• Protect other types of website content
