Description:
Redux Framework is a simple, genuinely extensible and fully responsive options framework for WordPress themes and plugins. Built by developers for developers on the WordPress Settings API, it supports many field types, custom error handling, custom fields and validation types, and import and export functionality. A simple, well-documented config file lets developers build an options panel in a fraction of the time it would take from the ground up.
Fields include accordion, ACE editor, background, border, box shadow, button set, checkbox, color, color RGBA, custom fonts, customizer, date, dimensions, divider, editor, gallery, Google Maps, icon select, media, metaboxes, multi-text, password, radio, repeater, section, select with Select2 and WordPress data, slider, slides, social profiles, sorter, spacing, spinner, switch, tabbed, taxonomy metaboxes, text, textarea, typography, user profile metaboxes and widget areas for classic widgets. Raw fields accept HTML, PHP and Markdown, and the typography module offers preview, Google fonts and automatic CSS output.
Further features include full value escaping, required fields that link visibility to parent values with full nesting, automatic CSS and Google Fonts stylesheet output on select fields, compiler integration through a custom hook, field validation and sanitization, and field and section disabling. Documentation is available at devs.redux.io, and translations and code contributions are accepted through the Translation Portal and the GitHub repository.
