Description:

Salient Custom Branding is a plugin for agencies and developers who want to rebrand Salient and the WordPress admin panel. It replaces all Salient logos with your own, so you can white label the WordPress dashboard and build a custom WordPress login page with your own logo, background and accent colors, and a login box styled to match the site you hand over. The plugin was added in Salient v17.

After you install and activate the plugin, a Custom Branding tab appears among the Salient sidebar menu items in the WP admin. Settings configured while the plugin is active persist after it is disabled, so the configuration can be hidden from your client once it is set up. You can reinstall the plugin later to make further changes.

Branding fields cover the theme name, author, author URI, description, theme image and theme logo, which is used for the admin menu icon and the options panel header. Theme features can hide the Salient Studio Template Library, the theme version shown in the Options panel and the footer links in the options footer. Login options include a login logo, rounded edges on the login box, border removal, a full width login button, a page background color, an accent color and a secondary color for text against the background.
