EffectIO Vikinger - BuddyPress Social Community 1.9.9.9

Description:

Vikinger is a WordPress theme for building a social community site with BuddyPress. It expands the BuddyPress plugin with reactions, shares, media and more, and gives members complete profile pages with a sleek design, info boxes showing gamification earnings or friends, and a slider for easier access. The theme also includes community pages such as a newsfeed, a members directory and a groups directory, so it suits anyone who wants to connect friends or like minded people on their own site.

The theme includes a full gamification system built on GamiPress achievements, credits and ranks features. Members can earn badges, quests, ranks and credits, and the design ties it all together with profile widgets, credits counters in the top menu and progress bars on avatars. PSD files with badge, quest, rank and credit designs are included in the illustrations folder, all made with PS vectors so they can be customized or used to create new ones. There is also a bbPress forum integration with styled forums that support images, subforums and topics, plus tags, voices and user widgets beside topic replies, user forum stats and the option to link forums to groups.

Members manage everything through a front end account hub reached from the cogwheel at the top right corner. There they can change avatar and cover, email settings, password and social networks, and manage groups, including creating groups, promoting members to mods or admins, sending invitations and handling private group requests. The theme also offers light and dark presets that the admin can customize.
