The WPfomify Zapier Add-on connects WPfomify on a WordPress website to Zapier, so data can be sent from any web application and displayed as notifications on the site. It is aimed at WordPress users who already run WPfomify and want to show conversion notifications fed by other apps. Before use, the add-on must be installed and activated, which can be done from WP admin under WPfomify and Add-ons.
A Zapier App has been built for WPfomify. After signing in to a Zapier account and accepting the invite, you create a zap by choosing a trigger app that serves as the data source, such as Gravity Forms, and then selecting the WPfomify app as the action. Connecting the account requires an API key from the Advanced tab of the WPfomify settings, the website URL, and the post ID of the published Zapier notification. A notification template is then completed with a product or service title and details such as name, email, and city taken from the trigger app.
On the WordPress side, a new notification is created under WPfomify with the notification type set to Recent Conversion and the source set to Zapier. The content tab allows changes to the notification box content and lets you limit the number of items displayed.
