The wpForo Paid Memberships Pro Integration is an official addon that connects the Paid Memberships Pro plugin with the wpForo forum plugin. It applies Paid Memberships Pro content restriction rules to your forum and lets you grant different types of forum access based on each user's membership level. You can control access to wpForo categories, forums and sub-forums and create a members-only forum whose discussion threads are offered exclusively to paid members. It is intended for sites running both plugins.

The addon requires wpForo 2.2.2 or higher, plus the Paid Memberships Pro plugin installed and activated with membership levels created. Restricting a forum hides all of its topics from non-members. Each forum must be restricted individually, because restrictions are not inherited from a parent category. Setup is easy: edit a forum and set the corresponding access for each membership level in the wpForo Forums admin page.

You can give a Standard membership level read only access to a forum, while a Premium level receives standard access to read topics, create new topics and reply. Custom forum accesses with any set of permissions can be created in the wpForo Forum Accesses admin page. Membership levels take precedence over usergroup restrictions, so users with a membership level can reach a forum even when their usergroup has no access.
