Booked is a booking system that runs on your own WordPress site with payments, custom forms, screening questions, email and SMS follow-ups, video consults and AI switched on. It is built for service businesses such as community pharmacies, travel clinics, physiotherapists, dental practices, hair salons, tattoo studios and chiropractors.

The booking form is yours to shape. Choose a month calendar, slot grid, list or inline picker, arrange single or two-column layouts, reorder steps, run different forms on different pages, and add your own CSS, HTML and JavaScript. AI can restyle the form to match your site, or build a new one from a description. Screening questions route people before they book, flag or block answers per service, require labelled uploads, and keep answers with the person rather than the appointment.

Payments are taken on the form as a deposit or in full, with card, Apple Pay and Google Pay live once switched on and no separate merchant account or dashboard needed. Cards on file let you charge a balance after a visit or a no-show, and refunds and chargebacks are handled from one screen. Email and SMS sequences are built on a board, split on whether people rebooked, whether it was a first visit or how much they spent, and AI can draft the whole sequence.
