FooEvents Bookings is a WooCommerce extension that lets you sell bookable events, services, and time slots. Customers can check availability on your website and book a space or slot themselves, with no phone calls or emails required. The extension works for both physical and virtual events, venues, classes, and services, and it supports use cases such as activities and admissions, classes and workshops, and virtual consultations.

Setting up bookable slots is handled through a drag-and-drop slot builder where you create and organize booking slots and manage dates, times, availability, and display order. A booking wizard can generate multiple bookable dates automatically based on a start date, an end date, days of the week, and default stock availability. Availability is controlled per slot, with support for limited or unlimited stock, and you can add times to slots when needed or keep slots time-free for broader date-based availability. Bookings expire automatically once dates have passed or a set amount of time before the booking starts.

Customers can browse and book in several display modes: choosing a date then a slot, choosing a slot then a date, booking multiple slots on the same date, or booking a single slot across multiple dates. Stock visibility options show remaining availability above the booking selectors or inside date dropdowns, and out-of-stock handling can hide unavailable dates or prevent booking of slots that have reached capacity. For virtual offerings, the extension can automatically create Zoom meetings or webinars for selected booking slots and dates, which suits virtual consultations, classes, and workshops. Booking slots can also be displayed in FooEvents Calendar so visitors can browse availability in a calendar view.

The extension integrates with the standard WooCommerce cart, checkout, order, and payment flow, and bookings are sold through WooCommerce products. Attendance can be managed with the FooEvents Check-ins apps, which include booking-specific screens and ticket scanning. From the WordPress dashboard you can view, sort, and manage customer bookings, including dates, slots, and ticket details, and you can edit booking date and slot assignments when customer details need to change. Labels such as Slot, Date, and Booking details can be renamed to match your use case, for example sessions, appointments, tours, or classes.
