HBook is a WordPress booking plugin by Maestrel for hospitality businesses such as hotels, B&Bs, holiday apartments and campsites. Guests book directly from your website while you manage reservations from the WordPress administration. Booking forms, availability calendars and rates tables can be added with shortcodes or blocks, and the plugin uses the style of your theme.

The booking process runs from accommodation search to confirmation. Guests can add extra services and pay by deposit or full amount, online with a credit card or PayPal, or offline by bank transfer or on arrival. Stripe and PayPal are included, with add-ons for more payment gateways. An advanced booking rule system handles complex pricing, with discounts, vouchers, automatic fees and security deposits, and guests see a pricing breakdown including fees.

Admins get a calendar view and a reservation list where bookings can be confirmed, cancelled or deleted. Emails and invoices can be sent, payment links issued, and prices recalculated when a guest upgrades, stays longer or adds guests. Bookings synchronize through iCal with sites such as Airbnb, booking.com, Homeaway and VRBO, and export to CSV.
