LatePoint Addon Group Bookings is an addon for LatePoint, the appointment scheduling plugin for WordPress. It adds support for group booking and lets you set capacity for your services. Customers can select the total number of attendees when booking a group service, and you can disable that selection if you do not want customers choosing the attendee count.

The addon works with minimum capacity and can block a timeslot once that minimum is reached. Deposits are adjusted based on the number of people in a group, and you can set whether charge and deposit amounts are multiplied by the number of attendees. Changing the attendees count automatically recalculates the total price. The addon can also work with the service extras addon, with an option to disable the cost multiplier.

Total attendees information appears in the appointments table, on the group service tile, in the confirmation step, in webhooks, and in the bookings CSV file.
