This plugin allows site administrators to automate the process of adding members to groups within BuddyPress. Administrators can create one or more auto group join lists, which dictate which users are added to specified groups. These lists can be global, meaning all users are considered a match, or they can be conditional, requiring users to meet specific criteria.

Conditional lists allow administrators to define conditions based on various user data. These conditions can be set using profile field data, member types, user roles, or core WordPress fields like the user email. If a list has multiple conditions, the user must fulfill every single condition to be considered a match. Furthermore, if a user matches more than one list, they will be automatically added to all associated groups.

The plugin provides flexibility regarding when a user is checked against these lists. Administrators can specify the trigger as account activation, user registration, profile update, or member type change. For existing users, a bulk synchronize user button is available. This feature searches all current users and adds any users who match the current list conditions to the specified groups. The plugin is fully compatible with the BuddyBoss platform.
