Email Reminders is an add-on for Paid Member Subscriptions, a membership plugin for WordPress from Cozmoslabs. It lets you create multiple email reminders that are sent automatically to members before or after certain events, such as a subscription expiring, a last login, or a subscription becoming active. Reminders can be sent instantly based on the selected event or with a delay.

Several triggers are available. A reminder can follow a signup with an active subscription, for up-selling and highlighting premium content, or an abandoned signup with a pending subscription, to increase the signup rate. Other triggers cover the time before a subscription expires, for subscriptions that do not renew automatically, and the time after expiry, used to tell members about content they are missing. Another trigger notifies members before a subscription renews automatically, so they know they will be billed again, and one is based on the last login to support engagement and retention.

Emails can be configured for the user or for the admin. The add-on also provides extra email tags that you can use in the plugin's default emails.
