PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional is a WooCommerce extension that builds on the free WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin. It is aimed at shop owners who need more control over their order documents. The extension lets you email, print and download PDF credit notes, proforma invoices and receipts, and you can give these documents custom titles and filenames. You can also send order notification emails, with or without PDF documents attached, to specified addresses such as suppliers, warehouse managers or accountants at specific order statuses.
The extension includes a bulk export tool for PDF documents by date range, order status and customer, saved as a ZIP with individual files or sent to Dropbox, and it can export a PDF summary of invoices in the same way. You can attach up to 3 static files, for example a terms and conditions document, to the WooCommerce emails of your choice. Credit notes, proforma invoices and receipts can use separate numbering systems and formats or share the main invoice numbering system. The shipping and billing address format can be customized with additional custom fields and font sizes without creating a custom template.
Documents can be saved to Dropbox, Google Drive or your server via FTP/SFTP, and invoices upload automatically after a two click Dropbox authorization. The extension works in multilingual setups with WPML, Polylang, Weglot, TranslatePress and GTranslate with limited support, and it is fully compatible with the Premium Templates extension.
