WooCommerce Reward Points is a plugin for WooCommerce shops that adds a reward points program to increase returning sales and customer loyalty. Customers earn points through more than 10 different actions, such as purchases, registration or login, writing reviews, and sharing their own story with a product. Earned points can be redeemed later on new orders.

Point redemption can work through discounts, a level system with custom rewards, or both. The built in level system lets customers climb levels by collecting points and receive rewards the shop creates. In the my account section customers see their current point balance, how many points are needed for the next level, and their achievements and rewards. Collecting points is supported by an animated bar that includes 4 animations.

On single product and category pages the plugin shows customizable texts that state how many points a purchase earns, with support for variables and tooltip text. At checkout it shows the total points earned, the current level with badge, and the points needed for the next level. Customers can use a redemption form to convert points into a discount. Texts, colors, and individual features can be adjusted, and each earning option can be enabled separately with a custom points amount.
