The extension automatically brings all your Zendesk clients, both old and new, into your CRM contacts. This allows you to effortlessly increase leads and perform more marketing activities.

The integration does more than just sync contacts; it also brings all tickets associated with each contact into your CRM system. Every contact profile has access to all of their tickets. When you open a contact profile, the Zendesk tickets are displayed in a chronological format, with the five latest tickets shown at the top. You can view the ticket number, the title of the query, and whether the ticket is open, pending, or solved.

Clicking on any displayed ticket will immediately open your Zendesk support system. Furthermore, the ticket status changes dynamically within your CRM contact profile. If you open, make pending, or solve a ticket in Zendesk, the status automatically updates in the corresponding CRM contact profile. This provides a centralized view for managing customer relationships and support.
