It connects WordPress, WooCommerce and 909+ apps on a visual canvas where triggers, apps and logic sit together, including Router, Filter, Join and loops. Workflows can start from webhooks, schedules or multiple triggers, include approvals by email or Slack, and run on your own server.
The AI agent step takes a goal and a set of tools, then reasons, calls them and iterates until the task is done. You bring your own key for 11 providers, including OpenAI, Claude and Gemini, or a local model through an OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Jaadu builds automations from a description, picks the apps and fixes what breaks. An MCP server and client connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor to your site for building, running and inspecting workflows from chat.
A builder suite covers multi-step and conversational forms, PDF and image templates, drag-and-drop email design, and bookings with confirmations and reminders. WP Tables stores data in your own WordPress database, readable and writable from any step, while FlowMattic Tables adds a managed database with saved views and shareable HTML templates. Task history records every run, secrets masked, and failed runs can be re-executed with the original or an edited payload.
