LatePoint Addon Custom Fields is an extension for the LatePoint appointment scheduling plugin for WordPress. It adds the ability to create custom fields that customers fill in during the booking process, and it also lets you customize the default contact info fields for appointments. Site owners who use LatePoint to take bookings and want to collect extra information from their customers beyond the standard booking details can use this addon for that purpose.

The addon supports conditional logic, so fields can appear or behave based on conditions such as whether a value is not equal to another value or based on the selected location. Available field types include a phone type field, file upload fields, Google Address Autosuggest fields, select fields, and checkbox fields, where the on and off values can be given custom labels through .pot editing.
