Store owners can set up a generator once so a unique key is created and delivered with each sale, either automatically on order status or after manual review.

Customers manage their own keys from a dedicated License Keys tab on the My Account page, where they can activate and deactivate licenses, view history, and download a PDF certificate with the company logo. The plugin supports subscriptions with custom renewal intervals, a grace period before expiry, and automatic invalidation of keys when an order is refunded, cancelled, or failed. Stock stays in sync as keys are sold, activated, or deactivated. Store owners can also control whether customers keep downloading products after a license expires.

On the admin side, the plugin provides a dashboard with reports on licenses sold, activations, and expired licenses, plus a live activity feed. License keys can be imported in bulk from CSV or TXT files or the clipboard, and data can be migrated from the Digital License Manager plugin in one click. Integration options include a REST API with keys and rate limiting, webhooks, AppSumo support, and WordPress and SaaS PHP SDKs.
