Activate your plugin by completing a setup wizard
You have to go through 3 simple steps after activating WooCommerce Customer Relationship Manager. You have to complete fields for Username, Value and User Roles, then fetch and load existing customers.
Navigate through the General Settings Panel
Here you can find all the options saved previously in the Setup Wizard. Don’t worry! You can still change them if you like. In the filter field choose what to display on the customers page.
Add new customers
Easily expand your customers’ list by clicking the `Add Customer` button and filling the required fields. Combining it with Advanced Custom Fields plugin will add more fields to your customers page.
Create groups for your customers
You can analyse and manage your customers through groups. You can organize them based on attributes such as order dates, spending habits and many others.
Manage customers statuses to keep track of sales
Set your own or choose between the default statuses: favourite, blocked, flagged, prospect, lead, follow-up and customer.
Send emails individually or in bulk
WooCommerce Customer Relationship Manager integrates seamlessly with MailChimp. You can also track your emails in the Activity Page.
