WooCommerce Simple Auctions is a plugin that turns a WooCommerce store into an auction site. It supports normal, reverse, and sealed auctions, and sealed bidders submit offers without seeing other bids. Each auction can have a starting price, bid increment, reserve price, and an optional Buy It Now price, with scheduled opening and closing dates. Proxy bidding lets customers enter a maximum bid while the system bids on their behalf.

Auctions can appear alongside regular products or on a dedicated page, and you can display upcoming, featured, or ending-soon auctions using shortcodes or Elementor. Customers follow items with a watchlist and find their active and won auctions in My Auctions. Outbid, winner, payment reminder, and closing-soon emails keep bidders informed, and templates are editable. Winner payments go through the WooCommerce checkout. Anti-sniping extends an auction when a bid arrives close to the deadline, and you set the final bidding window and added seconds.

From WordPress you manage auctions, review bids, track winners, remove bids manually, and relist failed or unpaid auctions manually or automatically. Winner and activity reports export to CSV, and individual auction history exports to CSV or Excel. The plugin requires WordPress, WooCommerce, and reliable server cron jobs. Bid credits, SMS notifications, vendor selling, and multi-vendor setups need separate add-ons or third-party integrations.
