Schedule Tickets is an add-on for SupportCandy that creates tickets automatically on a recurring schedule. It is for administrators and teams who want recurring work, such as daily maintenance of a company premise or a weekly backup of a website, tracked as tickets. An administrator sets the recurrence and the ticket information, each ticket is created at the set time, and the team makes sure these tickets are closed.

Four recurrence periods are available: daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly, and each period has its own settings. Recurrence examples include every x day, every x working day, every x week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, every x month on a set day or on the second Friday, and every x year on a set day of a month or on the second Friday of January.

A start date controls when scheduled tickets begin to be created. The schedule can end in one of three ways: with no end date, after it has run a set number of times, or on a fixed end date. The current version is 3.1.2, and the add-on requires WordPress 5.6 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. Documentation and a changelog are available.
