Description:

WP ERP Pro includes a Reimbursement Request feature allowing employees to submit requests for their expenses to their HR manager. This functionality enables employees to apply for reimbursement requests directly from their WordPress dashboard. The process is designed with easy steps to complete the overall submission. Employees navigate to the Reimbursement section, click New Receipt, and input details such as the transaction date, reference, items with cost, and attach supporting files before saving the request for approval.

Once submitted, the request enters an Awaiting Approval status. The HR manager or admin receives pending requests and reviews them by navigating to the Requests tab. After reviewing the complete request details, the admin can approve it by clicking Pay Now. Following approval, the account manager handles the necessary formalities. This includes adding the payment method, selecting the voucher type, and recording the payment date and amount.

After the payment formalities are completed, the system allows the user to notify the employee via email or print a hard copy of the voucher for reference. Once all steps are finished, the request can be viewed as Closed on the Request page. This feature allows employees to request due payment on time and apply for new reimbursements whenever needed.
